The Blue Oyster is a small family-style hotel, located roughly 50 kilometres from Stone Town, directly adjacent to the white sandy beach of Jambiani, which is picturesquely surrounded by coconut palms. Thirteen comfortable and elegantly furnished rooms surround a peaceful inner courtyard shaded by trees and a restaurant is located on the upper floor of the hotel, offering outstanding views of the sunrise and moonrise over the sea, and serving a selection of local and international dishes, including freshly caught, local fish, substantial salads, fresh vegetables and a selection of exotic fruits.
