Day 1-4: Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport you will be met by one of our representatives and transferred to your hotel in Dubai, Habtoor Grand Resort, where you will stay for 4 nights. You will be able to spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Over the next few days you can enjoy a guided tour of the city, a dhow cruise aboard a traditional boat around the city, shopping trips to the Emirate’s top shopping centres or just relax at the hotel sitting by the pool.

Dubai is a city that provides a new setting at every turn, richly mixing together the old and the new. It’s a city of ages that rises out of the desert and crowns the gulf coast with its presence. Our tour takes you on a journey through old and new Dubai; we visit the spice market, the gold Souk, the Bastakiya area with its traditional wind tower houses and the old Fahidi Fort, which is today the Dubai Museum. We also make a photo stop at the Jumeirah mosque, an architectural landmark of Dubai. Near Dubai, you can visit the traditional Emirate of Sharjah, full of souks and history, during your visit as well.

Day 4: The Desert, near Dubai, UAE

You can either spend the day at leisure at the hotel today or embark on an exciting expedition into the desert. The tour departs in the afternoon and takes you by 4×4 into the Arabian desert, a scenic drive that lets you take in the beautiful desert sunset before continuing on to a Bedouin campsite, where you can ride camels, try a henna tattoo, try some shisha and enjoy a delicious BBQ buffet accompanied by traditional belly dancing before returning to the hotel in Dubai. Afterwards, you can either spend the night in the desert or return to the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai for the night.

Day 5: Millennium Resort, Mussanah, Oman

After breakfast, you will be check-out of Habtoor Grand Resort and drive to Rustaq and Nakhl, passing by Al Hazm fort for a photo opportunity, which is famed for its intricate gates and huge battlements.

Nakhl, which hosts the highest fort in Oman, is also renowned for its Al Thowara Oasis, where natural, underground springs emerge. You will stop for a picnic lunch in the shade before continuing on to the supposedly medicinal hot springs of Rustaq. In the afternoon, you will drive to Millennium Resort in Mussanah, your accommodation for the night. The hotel has a private beach, beautiful swimming pool and extremely luxurious and comfortable rooms designed merging Western and Arabic designs.

Day 6 & 7: Muscat Park Inn, Muscat, Oman

After breakfast you will depart Mussanah for your accommodation in Muscat, Park Inn Muscat, where you will stay for 2 nights.

Whilst in Muscat you will be able to enjoy a tour of the city, visiting both the modern and historic attractions of the city, go dolphin-watching and whale-watching off the coast of Muscat and relax at the hotel.

Park Inn Muscat is ideally located near the city centre, whilst also enjoying easy access to Al Ghubra beach, local shops and restaurants and attractions. The hotel also has high-quality amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, fitness centre, indoor parking and 24-hour front desk assistance.

Muscat is an ancient trading centre has at times been under the control of the Persians and Portuguese, whilst also influencing as far as East Africa and Zanzibar during the 18th Century.
The city’s main attraction is the Grand Mosque, a beautiful architectural wonder with the main chandelier made of pure crystal. The old town is also fascinating, containing the Muttrah souk, a traditional Omani market and the Bait Al Zubair Museum, which holds various historical Omani artefacts. The Sultan’s Palace and the two surrounding forts of Mirani and Jalali, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century, are both worth a visit.

Day 8: Golden Tulip Hotel, Nizwa, Oman

After breakfast, you will check-out and drive to Nizwa, where you will check-in to the Golden Tulip Hotel, your accommodation for 1 night.

After unpacking, you will visit the fort, which is famous for the enormous tower guarding the city, and the souk. You will then continue your journey to the traditional Omani villages of Misfah, which are surrounded by beautiful verdant terraces providing these oasis dwellers with abundant food. The next stop are the fascinating Al Hoota caves, covered in other-wordly stalagmite and stalactites and a welcome break from the heat outside. Lunch will be enjoyed at Al Hoota Cave Restaurant before returning to the hotel for the afternoon at leisure, which has a swimming pool, children’s playground, pool table and gym.

Day 9: Hilton Al Ain, Al Ain, UAE

After breakfast at the hotel, you will check-out and drive to Al Ain, visiting fort Bahla, the oldest Islamic-style fort in Oman, the Oasis of Tanuf and the fine Jabreen castle, built in the 17th Century with beautiful ceiling paintings and intricate wood carvings. Lunch will be enjoyed en-route.

On arrival, you will check-in to Hilton Al Ain, your accommodation for the night. The sprawling hotel complex has extensive gardens, pools, tennis courts and a golf course, providing an oasis to relax in the midst of the busy city. The rooms are very comfortable and come with all the modern amenities, such as satellite TV and fast internet access. There is a wide choice of restaurants and bars, allowing you to try excellent local and international cuisine.

Day 10-13: Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi, UAE

After breakfast, you’ll check-out and catch the transfer to Abu Dhabi, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation for 3 nights, Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi.

Over the next few days you will enjoy a private tour of the city, visiting attractions such as mosques, skyscrapers and the beach. You can spend the rest of your time at leisure, enjoying the activities available at the hotel, visiting the beach or shopping in the city centre. After check-out on the final morning you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight home.

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi is a luxury, 5-star resort hotel with extremely elegant rooms, a selection of restaurants offering both local and international cuisine, as well as offering a huge range of recreational activities. You can relax on the hotel’s private beach, swim in the temperature-controlled pool, use the hi-tech gym facilities, have a go at a variety of water-sports or enjoy the squash and tennis courts. You can also enjoy a relaxing sundowner at the pool bar or one of the two beach bars on the beach.

Abu Dhabi is city the capital of the UAE. On the tour, you will visit The Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque, a mosque in the city centre, with beautiful carvings and Qur’an verses on the walls . The modern skyscrapers you will see en-route are also quite spectacular. A taste of the emirate’s past can be enjoyed at the Al Husn Palace, now home of the Centre for Documentation and Research, an impressive palace complex. A drive along the beautiful Corniche will also offer a magnificent view of the city. After returning to the hotel, the day will be spent at leisure.
